Refund and Returns Policy General Returns Policy

Our policy mandates that all returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the payment date.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Submit a return request via our contact form.
  • Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  • We will assess your request and guide you on how to proceed with the return.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If you are not content with your IPTV Smarters Pro service, you can cancel your subscription and request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Partial Refund:
    • For refund requests made between 7-14 days after purchase: Eligible for a 50% refund.
    • For requests between 14-30 days: Eligible for a 25% refund.
    • Requests after 30 days: No refund will be issued.

Return Shipping Costs

All costs associated with return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Certain types of returns are exempt from refunds:

  • Returns after the 7-day period.
  • Returns due to damage or defects caused by customer misuse or abuse.
  • Returns of products that have been modified or altered.
  • Returns of products used for more than 30 days.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
